SimchaText sends group SMS messages only to members with an active SMS-enabled membership who have not opted out.

Message frequency varies by group. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opting out and help

Reply STOP to any SimchaText message to opt out of future messages. Reply HELP for help. Reply START to resume where supported. A member may also reply LEAVE to leave a group where supported.

Consent

Group organizers must obtain the recipient’s required consent before adding a number or sending messages. SMS consent is not a condition of purchase.
