SimchaText

Terms of Service

Last updated: September 17, 2026

These terms govern use of SimchaText group messaging services. By creating a group, inviting members, or using the service, you agree to use it lawfully and only for messages recipients have agreed to receive.

SMS messaging

Message frequency varies by group. Message and data rates may apply. Recipients can reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. STOP requests apply to future messages sent through the service to that number.

Account responsibility

Organizers are responsible for the groups they administer, the accuracy of membership information, and obtaining any required consent before sending messages.

Service availability

Carrier delivery is outside SimchaText’s control. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Read the Privacy Policy and SMS Policy.
